We’re looking for an EU Regulatory Affairs Coordinator who is curious, sharp, and eager to grow. Someone who enjoys diving into complex regulations and translating them into clear, practical actions that shape real products.

You’ll work closely with the Legal Compliance Officer, to whom you report, and the Director of Product Development, while collaborating with teams across Europe and Asia, giving you a hands-on role at the intersection of law, product, and innovation.

What you’ll do

• Turn EU regulations (CE, RoHS, REACH, WEEE) into clear, actionable guidelines for our product teams
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments and make sure we’re always one step ahead
• Work with international testing labs (mainly in Asia) to bring products to market smoothly
• Act as the go-to person for compliance within the organization
• Review technical documentation, packaging, and labeling to ensure everything is spot-on
• Spot risks early and help solve them pragmatically
• Help build and improve internal compliance processes and knowledge
• Support audits and keep our documentation sharp and audit-ready

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in law, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, or a related field
• Around 2+ years of relevant experience (or a strong starter with the right mindset)
• Interest in EU product regulations and how they apply in real life
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills — you can translate complex rules into simple actions
• A proactive, hands-on mindset
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
