Unfortunately, you are not allowed to keep to bag for free. You have two options. Option 1: keep the Tote Bag and pay the retail price of €29.99. Option 2: return the Tote Bag, provided that it’s still in new condition. If the Tote Bag is not in new condition it cannot be returned and we will charge the new price of €29.99. The price will be deducted from the refund. If the settlement is not possible, because the refund is lower than the new price of the Tote Bag, we will send the you a payment link for the resting amount.
