Warranty

2-year warranty

We have designed our products with a keen eye; they are high quality and made from the best materials. And, our must-haves are really easy to use. All Fresh 'n Rebel products have a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Does your product not work as promised? First check the manual or support page of your product. You can also always contact us at [email protected] Never open your Fresh 'n Rebel product yourself, because then the warranty will no longer be valid. The warranty only applies if the product has been handled properly.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incidental loss or abnormal use. Fresh 'n Rebel is not responsible for damage beyond replacement of the defective product, or for loss of data, regardless of the cause.

I bought my product somewhere else

Did you not buy your product in our webshop? Please contact the relevant (online) shop to claim your 2-year warranty. You will need your proof of purchase. Need help? You can always contact our support team via [email protected].

Making a warranty claim

We are very sorry that you are having problems with your Fresh 'n Rebel product. If you want to return a product, please follow the instructions on the return form you received with your order. Of course we would like to know why the product does not meet your expectations, because that helps us to improve our products.

If you didn’t receive a return form, please send an e-mail with your name and order number to [email protected].

If you bought the product in our webshop (www.freshnrebel.com) and there is a defect within the warranty period, Fresh 'n Rebel refunds the amount paid (including shipping costs) to the account you used to pay your order. With that money you can order a new product of your choice via our webshop.

To refund your payment, your product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, including all accessories and cables. Please use a solid packaging to protect the products during shipment and avoid damage. You are responsible for the product until we receive it. If we do not receive the product - or receive it in a damaged and/or incomplete condition - unfortunately we cannot refund you.
