14-day cooling-off period
When you buy a product from our webshop, you have 14 days to test the product and see if it meets your expectations. This 14-day cooling-off period applies to all our products, so you can also try out earbuds (in-ear)
How does it work?
Although we are certain of the quality and design of our products, it may happen that a product does not meet your expectations. That is why you always have 14 days after receiving your must-have to cancel your order and return the product for free. The amount paid (excluding shipping costs) will then be refunded within a week to the account you used to pay your order.
Would you like to return a product? Please use the return form that you received with your order. Of course we would like to know why the product does not meet your expectations, as this helps us to improve our products.
If you didn’t receive a return form, please send an e-mail with your name and order number to [email protected].
To refund your payment, your product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, including all accessories and cables. Please use a solid packaging to protect the products during shipment and avoid damage. You are responsible for the product until we receive it. If we do not receive the product - or receive it in a damaged and/or incomplete condition - unfortunately we cannot refund you.
